Unallocated funds

I made a payment using reference number ******0 which is incorrect, I realized my mistake and sent an email to *** requesting that they move the R2000 to the correct account ******1 so I can get my results and register for the second semester. None of this was done as I'm still not able to view my results and what's even worse is that I haven't registered for the second semester due to this lack of competence. I need help to get my money moved to the correct account as a matter if urgency.
