Unacceptable and would never recommend anyone to study here

I have been phoning the number provided by the University, every morning for the past two weeks. I have collectively been on the phone for more than 10 hours and not once has the phone been answered. I can't register for the new semester because of their mistake on my student account, but I can't get a hold of them? I have sent numerous emails and only receive automatic replies. In a time where online studying is crucial and is becoming the new norm, this is absolutely unacceptable and would never recommend anyone to study here.
