Unable to register for post grad diploma

Unisa registration opened on 15/09/2015 for registration of post grad qualifications. From the end of September 2015, I have been trying to register for a post grad diploma in risk management. I have been trying to do it online but you come to a certain point and you cannot go further so the registration does not go through. I have sent emails with the screen-dump to numerous people and departments taking the email adds from the site but have not received a response. The registration closes on 15/11/2015 and I worried that I will miss registration and not be able to study next year. I was a student of UNISA and completed my bcom in financial management with them in 2013 and collected my degree in 2014. The entire process as changed and now it seems that I will not be able to study next year. Please get someone to assist me or atleast respond to me emails.
