Unable to register at unisa

I app**** to study at unisa for the 2018 academic year . In September I received a letter confirming my acceptance to study Bachelor of Arts PAF . I tried to register online on the 4th of Jan to date and kept receiving error screen that says I need to submit outstanding documents. I sent emails to the registration queries on the 5th of January and today the 15th still no response only the automated ones confirming receipt of email . I tried to phone the Wild Coast Mzamba campus and they never ever pick up the phone . I went as far as to email an employee for assistance and he did not respond . I then phoned the Pietermaritzburg campus which was the only campus that answers the phone and they informed me that my application could be flagged due to some error from the person who processed my application . I am still here not registered and not assisted .
