Unable to register.

I need to register, they kept on sending e mails of missing documents of which I tried and send them maier times but no response. When you call the *** no, you wait in a queue for almost +_30 min and whecthey answer you get the same answer. Missing documents pls send to chs @unisa.ac.za but still no respons. I'm afraid I won't be able to register in time as time goes. No one is saying anything. I don't get any help. I'm frustrated and can't even go to unisa personally. I don't know what else can I do. Can somebody please help or give an advise on what to do.
