Unable to register

My son is trying to register to unisa with unisa for the past week. He has been told that he didn't make the required credits, but he app**** for subject exemption on 11/05/2015, which they haven't responded to. If he receives the credits, then he will makes the requirements and will not waste 6 months <br> Please assist<br> Maya
