UNABLE TO REGISTER

Last week (week of the 13th/07) I had been unsuccessfully trying to register on the MyUnisa website as the site stated I have a library block. It did not provide any further information as to how to remove this block. I tried calling unisa but unfortunately phones went unanswered or never went through. <br> Please note I had requested a text book from the Unisa library but never received notification that the book was being delivered or had been delivered. Non whatsoever. <br> I headed to Unisa Sunnyside campus on the on Thursday 16th July 2015 to go sort out the Library block only to be told that unfortunately systems are down and that they can't assist me. <br> I was given a contact detail which I called and had the block lifted in order to register.<br> I went to MyUnisa site again only to be notified that Registrations are closed. This after the staff at the Sunnyside Campus assured me that I can register on the 16th July and Unisa's social media has communicated that people can register on the 16th July 2015. <br> Seeing as I never receive this book nor did Unisa communicate this book's whereabouts. I would like to be put in position I would have been had this block not been placed.
