Unable to login to student portal

I received a system generated email with my student number and temporary password and guess what? It doesn't work, nor does your systems administrator email, as it keeps bouncing my emails back to me. I don't want to miss my acceptance offer and time is ticking. Is there anyone out there that can help me? Why should I put in a days annual leave just to visit your regional office, to sort this out?
