Unable to get support whatsoever from Unisa, telephone lines not working, NO e- mail responses

I have been trying to get hold of Unisa accounts department, I have paid fees in the wrong element (library)as a result the fees paid are not reflecting, I have been attempting to get the money to be moved to the correct account in order for my studies to be reinstated.

Recently I tried to call the *** number that they have provided on their website, the number is not working.

Right now I want a refund and don't want to study with Unisa.
