Unable to do online registration

My niece cannot register over the web despite being informed by Unisa in December that her application has been approved and being offered the opportunity to register for a Bachelor of Laws degree. The Website response is that her \registration attempt was not successfull"reason \"" Student hasn't got Matric Excemption\"" (yes the word Exemption is mispelt on the site) despite her actually having the necessary Matric pass and having been vetted by Unisa already. Emails to the relevant departments go unanswered and the phone lines are permanently engaged. """
