Unable to complete Application

I have app**** and have completed the required forms. I then received an email notifying me that i would be further contacted with a student number and how to continue from there, I have not been contacted after that. any attempts to contact the university, be it via email, or telephone have been futile. The registration period is almost at its end, and I am clueless as to what I'm to do about this matter.<br> <br>
