Uif documents

I use to be an invigilator at one of the exam venues. We all lost our jobs due to covid. Now it's a battle to get our documents to claim uif. I have tried to phone... Send emails... Messages but nothing. They said that uif has all our documents... But if you don't submit your documents you cannot claim.
