Train employees or get people who know what to do

I have been struggling for months with Unisa, I already had a student number and for the course I wanted to do I needed a permission form from the arts department, which took me 2 months to get. Either no one answers the phone or no one can tell me what I must do. Then when I finally got the paper work to apply for the permission form. I had to email it, except I didn't get any replies, I don't know If they got it or not. A month later I finally got my permission form after I had to send my paper work to 7 different people. When registration opened to register the subjects you want to do the semester they said there is a document outstanding that I must send in so I can register my subject. Again no one answers the phone and the people who do can't help me. I send out an email to every email on there website. Nothing!!!! Registration closes on Friday 10 July and I'm still not registered!!!! What poor excuse of a school is this???
