Totally disappointed

It's just impossible to speak to anyone telephonically or even in person. The Durban and PMB numbers don't ever work. The JHB NUM just cuts off after like 20 minutes of holding on. U just can't get any assistance from Unisa. I've been trying to speak to someone for the last 8 months with no luck so far I must have spent a good few hundred rands on airtime. It's so sad that an institution like Unisa so huge but totally uncontactable. If anyone from there reads this it will be a blessing if you can contact me on ***.
