THREE WEEKS AND NO RESPONSE

Our employee cant register online to redo all subject he failed due to an academic error. He has submitted all forms required along with an motivational letter. We have tried to contact Unisa for the past three weeks via telephone, via email and via fax!! It is almost end of January and end of registrations! We have not gotten any feedback from UNISA regarding the re admission. We have tried every contact number given and still no luck. We need to register this student as soon as possible!!
