THis place is a joke

In the three years I've been completing my BEd Honours degree I've had maybe one reply to an email and have never actually had a phone call answered. On one occasion I was accidentally given a ZERO for an assignment that I got about 90% for. Spent weeks emailing and attempting to phone and got no response: I eventually gave it up as a dead loss and accepted it because my other assignments marks were high. Most recently I, I completed my last exam in January and recieved my mark but, to date, no information of any sort whatsoever relating to the completion of my degree or my graduation/certificate. This place is a joke and I will never have anything to do with them in future. If you are looking at reviews of Unisa and contemplating studying with them: DON'T DO IT!!!
