THEY STOLE MY MONEY

I have been enrolled with unisa for past 3 years..and am currently in my final semester,because i have to redo 2 modules I failed last semester.So beginning of this semester I re registered for the 2 modules I had failed last semester and also paid for them.About a month after paying I received an email saying I was awarded a concession for the one subject which would be a free rewrite ,and that If I had already reregistered I had to email a particular department and I assume I should then receive my refund for the subject.<br> I accepted the concession,sent an email to the relevant department and even successfully submitted and passed my portfolio exam.Now 3 months later,I still have no response from the department concerned,no refund,however the system has already been updated that I have passed the module.How then can I be registered for a subject I have already passed..?And still be billed for it.So out of desperation I emailed almost every unisa email address i knew from different departments and NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS.<br> HOW DO THEY RUN THIS UNIVERSITY..?I REALLY JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AND SOME CONSTUMER SERVICE .
