They Just Don't Care
<p>So I've app**** to UNISA before. Circumstances change and I didn't end up studying there. Considering that I never paid the application fee nor registered, I view that application as a spoilt ballot and as such we move on swiftly.</p> <p> </p> <p>Between then and now, I have app**** for a bursary to study further. The bursary application process at work is quite lengthy and detailed. So I went to Unisa in Pretoria to ensure that I get all the right information, timeously. I got some assistance and was told to apply online as the day I went there was a day before applications opened.</p> <p> </p> <p>Online, I was told I can't apply as I had previously app**** for something else. I was then requested to complete a 1 page document and send it to a certain email address which I promptly did.</p> <p> </p> <p>More than a month later, I have received no feedback at all. The online "my Unisa" mess is of no use to me as well because although I have a student number from my last application, it claims tha I do not exist. The bursary application at work is almost closed and I have no clue what's happening with my application on the unisa side.</p> <p> </p> <p>The call centre never picks up the phone, EVER! The various email addresses listed on the site may as well belong to a toddler's toys. </p> <p> </p> <p>More than anything I am no apprehensive about pursuing any qualification with them. If this is the hell I mist experience just to get app****, what happens when I need study material for exams, or assistance with assignments? ????</p>
