They deserve ZERO stars

<p>I have NEVER in my life been treated so unfairly and disrespectfully until I walked into UNISA to have a problem resolved. </p> <p> </p> <p>Their staff is RUDE.</p> <p>Unpleasant to speak to.</p> <p>They do NOT know how to speak to people.</p> <p>AND on top of it they couldn't help me (or they just didn't want too) </p> <p> </p> <p>Let me NOT get started on how many times I had phoned them! (53 times) </p> <p> </p> <p>I'm a first year student and I have 3 years to go .. wish me luck
