I am writing to request assistance with my registration for the upcoming semester at Unisa. Unfortunately, I have been encountering an error message every time I try to register, which is preventing me from completing the process. The error message I am receiving is *"There is more than one student number that complies with the information submitted"*.

I had previously experienced a similar issue when I attempted to register for a short course in programming, and I was unable to pursue it due to the registration problem. I am eager to resolve this issue and proceed with my application as soon as possible.

Could you please assist me in resolving this matter and provide guidance on the necessary steps I need to take? I would appreciate your prompt response in this regard.
