The worst university service ever

<p>The university of South Africa has such *********** people working for them...if I could give zero stars I would. The call centre never answers the calls.. The emails have an automated response telling you someone will get back to you and it never happens. I have gone to their main campus in Pretoria twice to correct my details ao I can log in to my unisa and it's been 5 months now without being able to do so. They don't send messages abiut receiving your assignments and without myUnisa u never know your results on time. It's so disappointing for such a big institution.... </p>
