The worst university in SA

I wish it could be 0. It was a horrible degrading experience. I had some severe mental health issues at the start of the year have since dropped out. I read that they had disability support so I decided it might work. They basically don't exist or do anything though. I was doing one of those compulsory subjects which is absolute nonsense and they lecturer refused my extension request. The catch is I was sectioned in hospital by a doctor under the mental health act meaning I couldn't leave by law or have my phone with me for 3 days. I had my discharge papers and everything and the doctor said I shouldn't worry about my studies because they wrote up a letter. Well they didn't care and refused to give me 3 days I asked for even though I literally had no choice to be in that hospital and could not do any work in that time. I tried to contact disability but another thing is it's impossible to contact them. Most phone lines are always down. Its a pure **** and if you have any actual mental health issues they won't care at all. It's not a real well adjusted university like many others who actually have support for students with disabilities. I managed to get a refund eventually because my sponsor paid for it so they got refunded and I've given up on any online institution at the moment.
