The worst correspondence instruction even in South African.

Unisa is the worst instruction ever, it should be closed, it a correspondence instruction, however it does not live to it's values. I registered via their website on time and did not receive proof of registration, until I walked in, still on top of doing that, I was not provided with full information which lead to late registration, unisa employees are lazy, their website is a nightmare and email correspondence is zero to none. This is a set back as I now have to wait for Jan 2024 to re-register. I called and spoke to Lebohang seperepere whom was rude and made me look like I was ***********,after sending 3emails without any reply. Please assist me in getting my registration approved as I have made payment already.
