The value of this institution is as bad as its service, if not worse.

I held the line for almost 2 hours and gave up out of frustration. This institution is an embarrassment to our country. The lack of information and inability to communicate is utterly unacceptable, the fact that I'm willing to spend thousands of rands at this institution and this is the service I get is absolutely shocking.
