THE CLUELESS MARSHALS

I app**** to study Honours with UNISA when applications opened in September 2015 and my status is still pending on the online system. I went to check my application status and was sent to my college after 2 hours on the line, then the marshals sent to me to Hall B where i was redirected to applications queue outside. i was on the queue from 11 am to 14h40 then finally made it to the front only to be told that i cannot be assisted as they only assist undergraduates and i must go back to Hall B. In Hall B after yet another queue, i was told that i can only be assisted at my college where i was 6 hours earlier. <br> <br> UNISA must really look at the application and registrations processes as things are actually getting worse with each year. Mixing postgraduate and undergrads applicants on the queue is a problem as the marshals just sent everyone to the same place only to be told by the people in front that they only have rights to work with certain degree types. After 6 hours on my feet, being moved from queue to queue, i am still not registered
