I have sent numerous requests for assistance, however, he has not once tired from assisting me. He always displays high calibre professionalism, enthusiasm for doing his job and has been great. I feel it is not enough to just write a thank you at the end of my emails and not detail my gratitude for the numerous services I requested while a student and even after completing my studies. Sometimes I had no clue where to send my requests, and he would redirect or assist granted. without hesitating

Mr Shabangu promptly responds to whatever email requests, example: academic transcripts, recommendations to study at other institutions, whether I incorrectly mailed my proof of payment to him, my requests for exam venues details, changes, exam deferral etc. he would ensure that gets executed. I am forever grateful and thankful. I do not take for granted any of the moments that he came through for me and I greatly appreciate the services provided.
