Terrible support from UNISA - Missing exam paper

I have been struggling with UNISA to find my missing exam paper since March 2018 despite the fact that I forwarded my proof of writing the exam. I wrote my final Hons exam in Jan2018, but now they lost one of my papers. I tried contacting them, all my emails get forwarded to someone else but I receive NO feedback on this disturbing matter. I am beyond frustrated and fed up with the terrible support from the University.
