Terrible Student Service

<p>I am a UNISA student. Last year I registered for a module that I didn't do. Tha was my issue and I still took responsibility and paid for the module non the less. However, the issue now is that I can't re-register for this module this year because it's showing as i'm already registered. I have tried to de-register, sent email to have it removed in vain! I've sent numerous emails to UNISA and called them and this all didnt help. The phones never get answered, email only get responded to after months. I am yet to recieve a responce even from them with regards to this issue. I am really frustrated because come next year, I really need to register for this module to complete my qualification as they have already wasted my yeat this year by not removing it from my course.Any help ay this point I can take. Please, please help</p>
