Terrible service with NSFAS funds as well

Unisa is truly the worst institution. After NSFAS for so long about funding which I finally and was handed to Unisa to give to us students but Unisa decided to delegate it to another useless app that doesn't even respond to you. I don't understand how they could put our in a app and they don't even educate us on how it works.

I kept asking them about the intellimali app but it doesn't seem like anybody knows how it works. Right now I can't access my funds but I am funded. This is ridiculous. I'm extremely irate at this point. Maybe Unisa shouldn't operate as a institution at all. It just eats people's monies and really ****py service.
