Terrible Service once again from Unisa

I have been sending emails to numerous individuals Drijfhout, Fransie ********** ********** well as the general ********** and ********** to name a few to assist me with a query I have regarding one of my subjects FAC1602 that seems to be a duplication of FAC1502 which I have passed last year, I have had to do the assignments and go for tutorial classes at my own expense for FAC1602 in order not to loose out on this subject in case I truly have to do this subject again.

The service I receive and have received from unisa is shocking, I have to send 100's of emails weekly in order to get a response, however no response is ever received until I load a complaint on Hello Peter, this is truly horrific as I pay large amounts of money to study through unisa however there is absolutely no way of communicating with Unisa - how is this okay?
