Terrible service for new applicants

I've been trying to apply to Unisa but have had difficulty. I then tried to call Unisa for assistance and waited on hold for 3 hours with no answer. I tried to call other lines and got cut off immediately. I then tried to go to the unisa campus and the workers were striking. I have been emailing them for 2 months straight and have no received a single email that is not an automated response. I am deeply disappointed. Because of this, registration at all the other universities that I got accepted into has closed and I won't get to study. I'm so upset.
