TERRIBLE MISTAKE BY UNISA

<p>My husband app**** this semester to study with UNISA next year. For 2 wweks he did not get feedback, we tried calling an emailing with no luck. After some time someone informs us that he has been accepted but he needs an approval letter to complete the appluication.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband works non stop and couldn't get off to go to UNISA, we have been eialing and phoning UNISA non stop to find out what a permission letter is, but with no luck. Eventually someone picks up a phone and sais it's a letter from his current university to give him permission to study with UNISA.</p> <p> </p> <p>He is not enrolled with any other university. So today (24 Nov) he went to UNISA toe sort this out and they tell him it is too late. They say the problem is on UNISA's side but it is too late to fix !!! The application date only closes 25 November, so why is it too late ?!?!?</p> <p> </p> <p>His work is funding his studies, and they are going to back out now becasue he was supposed to start in January.</p> <p> </p> <p>UNISA's service is beyond terrible. I have been studyiong with them for 4 years and I always have problems like these !!</p>
