Terrible Financial Department

I've been having the worse experience with UNISA's financial department. I've been requesting a refund from them since March and I'm still waiting. I've resend the necessary documents three times and am still waiting. The refund form states refunds will be made in 15 days of receipt, but I am still waiting.
