Terrible Correspondence... for a distance learning institution

Don't bother studying at Unisa. There are many better options and before you think your Unisa qualification is worth something, be sure you do the research to see how it measures up internationally... Not only are they terrible at keeping the standard of education up, they are also TERRIBLE at administration. I've been trying to get hold of them on phone (holding over 30 mins with no answer), send emails (that no one responds to in weeks) and have been unable to login to their online site. SHOCKING for a university that's run on correspondence...
