Terrible Client Service

I have been requesting for a Tax Invoice for more than a month; multiple emails sent no responses. Spoke to Mandla from the contact centre said I would receive it by COB, guess what! 2 days later nothing. Also spoke to Gwabeni Ululutho, said he will send it, it has been a week. Emails and Calls are completely unproductive.
