TERRBLE SERVICE DELIVERY

I have had a terrible experience with UNISA. I have completed matric long ago, I have been to tertiary level. I wanted to apply for Practical Legal School as well as 1 or 2 subjects and I they asked me for a matric certificate. I have lost it many years ago and was under the impression that after the age of 23 one doesn't need a matric certificate to apply at a tertiary institute. They never got back to me until I emailed them. When u call the Call Centre number you cant get hold of them. Bottom line they didn't accept me based on the fact that I didn't submit my matric certificate. Its baffling actually,<br>
