Temporary Registration Status

I have been issued temporary registration status, on the basis of outstanding fees or documents. However, I have paid the registration fee which is reflecting and to my knowledge all documents have been submitted. I emailed the relevant department to query on what documents are outstanding, 3 weeks ago. To date, no response has been received. I decided to call the relevant applications/ registration department on 3 different numbers, of which you continuously have to hold the line, or your call is disconnected. It is really frustrating since the closing date for registration is soon approaching.
