TELEPHONE LINES ENGAGED / NO REPLY ON E-MAIL

I have been trying for the past month or two to use past credits towards a BCom Degree. The Pretoria lines are all engaged or just ring without an answer. There is also no response to e-mails at all. I've tried numerous 012 numbers off the website and have e-mailed - ***, ***, *** with no response. Can someone please get back to me ASAP.
