Technologically Challenged...In this DAY and AGE

<p>One would expect that when you request a password reset the sms would be delivered promptly...NNNNNOOOO not with UNISA. Firstly i claimed my account and changed my password as i would remember, saved this new password on my login too. Turns out the password change didnt actually happen as my password is not recognised. Reset new password and im waiting now for TWO HOURS. Never mind that i need to submitt my ASSIGNMENT. Its rather odd that a password reset for Truworths online occurs immediately, yet a fine institution such as UNISA has A NON EXISTENT Telecomms/IT system. To crown it all, there is no helpdesk to contact. One does not expect 24/7 but my goodness, at least till 6. Phones are engaged!!!!!! at 4:30pm. </p>
