supper bad service at unisa Roodepoort

I have app**** for admission at unisa last year in 2015 and like most people I haven't gotten feedback on the status of my application. Now with the situation of registrations nearing an end I had to leave work to go and enquirer on what is happening, wow I stood in a que for about 2 hours and the que was not even moving while people who came after me and others that where on the que were passing and going through. Why is there such an unfair treatment with new applicants? As type this I am still waiting at the same position from 13:15 I've been here...
