Subjects already passed not carried over

I previously completed the National higher certificate: Accountancy at the Unisa passing 20 subjects. Last year I registered for 98302: Bachelor of Accounting Sciences. During my online registration process, of the 30 subjects I could choose to register for, 7 of them were the same subjects I completed previously and passed with the certificate.The were AIN1501 ECS1501 FAC1502 FAC1601 AUE2602 ECS1601 FAC2601. I have written proof that I printed on registration that I was offered these credits of equivalent subjects that I already passed. These credits of these 7 subjects however do not show on myunisa or elsewhere anymore as credits toward completing the 98302 degree. Could this please be fixed on your systems. I have tried multiple times to contact Unisa but with no success. Mr Jabulani Chauke responded but I dont think he understood my question. I dont see the point in doing subjects I already completed and passed over again. It is a waste of time and money. I just want these 7 subjects credits carried over to the degree like I was promised it would be. Please consider my request. Otherwise I would have no choice but to take this matter further till my request is heard.
