Studying at Unisa is a waste of time l

I received my exam results and found out I had failed my second practical (PTEAC2Y) with a very low mark, a mark which is even less than my year mark. I don't know how on earth this could be possible when I submitted it the day after I had completed my practical, with all proof attached. I went to the campus at Bram Fisher last week Thursday. I was told to email my lecturer or remarking department. We were told by the official, while making announcements that results couldn't be printed out as the final day for their release was the following Friday the 15th, marks could still change. A lot of us were confused as to how and why they could change if what had been captured on the system already was a true reflection of our performance. Anyway, I emailed the lecturer over the weekend, no response til now. I then emailed the purchase department as I want to buy my marked portfolio and see how I failed, but I am getting no response.
