Study Unit Exemptions delay since January 2017

I was a full time student a WITS and transfered to UNISA in January 2017. Since I have been a student at UNISA, the credits I achieved at WITS have not been registered under my student account at UNISA thus causing me issues every semester I attempt to register for my next modules due to 'pre-requisites not being achieved'. I have been into a UNISA campus physically twice and both times been told that my issue had been resolved, and yet every semester I continue to have the same issue. I cannot reach any UNISA staff be it via telephone call or email.

At this stage I do not know what other action to take and am worried this problem will cause massive issues when I complete my degree.
