Study material not received from Unisa

I have registered for second semester (July) I am still waiting for my study material (October) exams are about to start next week... who else do I contact regarding this. it is really a costly affair to download online and print material. Below is the email correspondence , to date no material received. I emailed this week to find out what is the turnaround time and no reply.
