Study Material Not Delivered

Good day<br> <br> I just wanted to bring to your attention that my young sister Precious Malange has received her study matrial. She's been calling your office for the past 5 days and being told that the material will be delivered tomorrow. Its Friday today and nothing has been delivered. Clearly someone at your office is not doing what they are being paid to do which is working. May you please make sure that this material is delivered to me first thing monday morning before i post your bad service on twitter. This is very very bad service from your University. I will never refer anyone to UNISA because such bad service.
