Study material has not been received as yet

I have registerd on the 12Jan 2015. It is now the 9 Feb 2015 . One month into the semester an I have not received by study material as yet. I have sent numerous emails an text. Not a single response in connection with my study material. I phoned the courier company Skynet an were. Asked to make 6 other calls an I am still without my material
