Study material enquiries

<p>I am a first year student and am studying BA (POL) .First of all, I have not recevied my study guide , tutorial 101 and the DVD . I have called them a lot of time but everytime i call they are always busy and i never get help also sent emails but no response yet. I really don't know wat to do now cos time is tricking which worries me alot .Pls can anyone assist me get this things.</p>
