Study Fees Enquiry (18 September - Present)

I am currently studying via UNISA. As many of you know financing your own studies can be very costly. Due to this cost factor my study fees started falling behind. I missed the deadline for my fees to be paid the deadline was 15 August. I paid what I could afford which was half of the outstanding balance on the 16th August; my account was still blocked - which I understood as the full balance had not been paid.

On the 16th September, someone had made an anonymous payment on my account, settling the outstanding balance. I was shocked to say the least, I then mailed UNISA ********** to enquire who might have paid this or if it was just a general administration error. I resent that mail 5 times, and I have still not received a response. If the receipt details are confidential then they should have stipulated so.

This morning I logged onto MyUnisa only to see that my account has been frozen or blocked again due to my fees being in arrears again, I was very confused so I checked my financial details again, I am being charged R915 for the reinstatement of one of my modules, for now there is only one listed.

I sent a mail through to UNISA again this morning, requesting some clarity on the whole situation.

I am still waiting for feedback from my first initial mail sent to them on the 18th September.

I feel really helpless in this regard as I am not receiving the feedback I am requesting...
