Student studies blocked due to Unisa employee Negligence

Student ********** 7 cant get any assistance from Unisa they do not even try to assist. Where can a student complain about unfair treatment and get results / assistance : Student nr ********** 7 submitted a portfolio exam in January/February 2018 as was required . Prof Sanette Nel admitted that the portfolio was only send for marking in Oct 2018 the results is still outstanding 2019 and the student is unfairly treated and her studies blocked as a direct result of Unisa stave negligence!!. We ask immediate assistance due to the fact that this is the second time that Unisa is causing delay in completing the LLB Degree as was planed. If this matter is not solved it will cost the Student 2019 as well and this is highly unfair . So we ask your assistance asap.
