Student registration line

I arrived before 9 oclock at Unisa and was instructed to stand in a line outside the campus gate. My application to study was not fully processed and sms confirmed for me to fo to nearest office. We waited outside to get a number for the registration line. We have been sitting in a room and have not been attended to since morning, it is now 1:30. Dont even know what is happening. There was someone in the morning who had the audacity to say that we would only be attended to after 4pm. That is unacceptable.
